Hello. I have a new dyson DC28. Unfortunately, I cannot get the handle to release so I can vacuum. I have stepped on the foot symbol that is on the right side as you stand behind the vaccum nad have stepped down a little to the left of the foot as well. Nothing works. Please let me know how to release the unit so I can vaccum. The floor really needs it.
